The Pilot magazine app enhances this experience with several features:

• Preview Editions – Allows users to view the first 10 pages of any edition prior to purchase.
• Extensive Archive – Subscribers gain full access to the most recent 100 issues for the duration of their subscription.

The app is available for free download. Within the application, users have the option to purchase individual editions or back issues. Subscription options are also offered directly through the app; subscriptions commence from the latest available issue at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions are set to automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal charges will apply within 24 hours prior to the period’s expiration, at the current subscription rate. Users can disable auto-renewal via their Account Settings but cannot cancel an active subscription during its current term.

Payments are processed through your iTunes account upon purchase confirmation. Any active free trial periods will be forfeited upon subscribing. Should a free trial be available, unsubscribe before it concludes to avoid charges. To cancel a subscription, do so at least 24 hours before trial or renewal end date via your iTunes account settings.

In-app registration or login to a Pocketmags account allows users to secure their issues against device loss and access their purchases across multiple platforms. Existing users can retrieve previous purchases by logging into their accounts.

For optimal experience, it is advisable to open the app initially within a Wi-Fi environment to ensure complete download of all issues. If loading issues persist after installation or update, users should delete and reinstall the app from the App Store.
